3 Jan 2012 : The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh in his address to the 99th annual session of the Indian Science Congress  referred to OSDD as a virtual cluster that would enable the creation of affordable and effective solutions which would not be likely with a conventional ‘in-lab’ approach.
